I previously spoke to Andy on the phone before driving up to hastings as had my advisor. Both phone calls were very helpful . Upon my arrival , I was greeted with friendliness and professionalisim . I am mentalky and physically disabled . I use a walking frame and have difficulty in social situations. In my time at the car yard , i was treated with respect without feeling condescend. I was offered many options in various dynamics and full information was given. All my questions were answered, there were many, and discussions were thorough. I did not feel pressured and was given understanding and tolerance towards my difficulties whuch can taje a bit of time. I felt i could naturally trust the advice given and also Andy and his staff member , who took me on a test drive at my request and waited a long time for me while i ran an errand at the bank to aquire purchase funds, made the whole experienxe fun and exciting for me as it had been years since id brought a car on my own. I would 100 💯 percent recommend Stortford to friends and family . I had a few sale requirements and Stortford met every obe of them. The staff and sales rep are an asset and the whole process took a lot quicker than id initially anticipated.
